Return:

We sincerely hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you change your mind, you are free to request a return within 14 days of receipt. Please follow the return process steps below.

Policy

All items purchased are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the product you return is in its original condition with all tags attached, as well as the invoice and packaging (including cartons, dust bags, etc.) intact. (except returns due to damage or flaws). Otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and issue a full refund. Please note that customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item, except for quality issues (damage, stains, etc.). Delivery costs may be detracted from the refunded amount. We will notify you once we have received your return and processed your refund. We do not process direct exchanges. We suggest you initiate a return for the refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.

Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties and fees incurred due to personal reasons for returns, except in cases of product quality issues or our responsibility.

Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at our email info@performamilano.com.

We will guide you in the process. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then we will send you an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Please note that the return shipping label will expire in 7 days, so please send it back as soon as possible. Write down your order number on a piece of paper and put it in the package. Simply attach the label to the package and drop off with the carrier within 3 days.

After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

- Note: You may choose your own shipping carrier to return the order to us, please let us know via email at info@performamilano.com with your order number and tracking number, and we will provide the return address after we approve your return request. (Please note that without tracking information we may not be able to process your refund in time). We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.

    Refund

    After your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 14 days. You will also receive an email of confirmation when this is processed.
